Refund policy
If you wish to return a card you bought from us, you are entitled to do that within 28 days of the date of purchase. To return a card, please please reach out to us at returns@blimeycards.com with your order reference number and your reason for returning the card, and we will advise you on the return process.The customer is responsible for the delivery costs and safe return of their order to us. We recommend you obtain and retain proof of postage.
In order to receive a refund the product must be:
- returned within 28 days following the date of purchase
- the returned product is unused, in its original unopened packaging (with any seal or shrink-wrap intact, with any labels still attached)
Damaged cards
Royal Mail's sorting and delivery systems can occasionally cause cards to become bent, creased or exposed to wet weather conditions. While this is beyond our control we will always do our best to help you if this disappointing situation arises. Please reach out to us at hello@blimeycards.com with photographs of the damage, your order number, contact details and clarification on if you would like us to either arrange a resend or alternatively arrange a credit note, so we can attend to your needs efficiently.
Received the wrong card
If this has happened to you, we are terribly sorry. Simply reach out to us at hello@blimeycards.com with a photo of the card you have received, your contact details and your order number. Our team will be happy to help and can offer a resend, credit note or refund in these circumstances.
